Privacy policy
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form (your name, mobile number, vehicle details and message) plus the branch and category you select.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry with the right battery and price. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp so you can send the same details directly to the shop; the message is delivered through WhatsApp under their own terms. A copy of the enquiry is stored so the shop can follow it up.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Shalimar Battery, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
Removing your details
Email shalimar.battery@gmail.com or call 095799 07070 and we will delete your enquiry from our records.
